How will I know ShipShop has received my batch?

Once your batch has been received by our team, the shipments within the batch will transition from 'Pending' to 'In-transit' (located in the left sidebar). Your batch will also be updated from 'Pending' to 'Received'. However, until all shipments within the batch have been received, the batch will remain open in the 'Pending' tab.
